What managed access does and does not mean.
Your account stays separate, while each company-operated monitoring account still needs legitimate access and administrator approval for private groups.

Private groups still require administrator approval
Managed does not mean bypassed. A company-operated monitoring account submits a membership request and monitoring begins only after the group administrator accepts it.
Narrative Field can evaluate only posts Facebook makes available to that authorized account. Group rules, feed behavior, and access changes can affect availability.
The customer workspace stays separate
Your Narrative Field login, billing, prompts, results, and notification destinations are not Facebook credentials. One customer cannot access another customer’s prompts or identified posts simply because both request the same group.
Monitoring accounts provide operational access while customer workspaces determine which approved posts are evaluated and where matched results are delivered.
If access cannot be obtained
A private-group administrator can decline or ignore a request. If Narrative Field cannot obtain access and therefore cannot provide monitoring that was purchased for the submitted group, the amount paid for that undelivered service is refundable.
This is different from promising that every group will approve a request. Approval remains under the control of the group administrator.

What to know before setup
Do I need to be a member of the group?
No. Your personal account does not need membership. A company-operated monitoring account must have authorized access before monitoring can begin.
Can Narrative Field bypass a private group’s approval process?
No. The relevant monitoring account must be approved by the group administrator.
What happens if the group never accepts the account?
If access cannot be obtained and the purchased monitoring cannot be delivered, contact support for a refund of the amount paid for that undelivered service.
