Start a verified deletion request
For security, send the request from the same email address used for your Narrative Field account. The prefilled request below opens your email application and addresses the request to our support team.
No email application?
Send the same request directly to support@narrativefield.com and include the email address used to sign in. Do not send passwords, magic-link tokens, API keys, or payment-card details.
If you have lost access to the account email, contact support and explain the issue. We will request alternative evidence sufficient to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What the request covers
After verification, we disable the account and remove or de-identify data associated only with that workspace, including:
- account profile, preferences, active sessions, and passkey records;
- group requests and customer-specific group assignments;
- monitoring prompt titles and instructions;
- customer-specific identified results and AI job associations;
- notification destinations, encrypted webhook credentials, phone numbers, opt-in records, and customer delivery configuration;
- workspace usage records that are not needed for financial, security, or legal obligations.
Canceling your Stripe subscription does not itself delete the account. Request deletion separately using this page.
Information that may remain
We may retain limited billing, tax, anti-fraud, security, legal-hold, and dispute records where required or permitted by law. These records are restricted to that purpose.
A source Facebook post collected once for multiple customers may remain if another customer still has an independent authorized monitoring purpose. Your workspace assignment, prompt, result, and notification associations are removed. See the Data Retention Policy.
Verification and timeline
- We acknowledge the request through your account email.
- We verify identity and clarify the scope only if necessary.
- We disable account access and stop workspace-specific processing.
- We target completion in active systems within 30 days after verification, subject to valid legal exceptions.
- We confirm completion by email.
A deletion request is permanent after completion. Create a new account if you want to use Narrative Field again later.
