How does Narrative Field decide which posts matter?

Can I monitor Facebook groups for keywords?
Yes. Include the keywords, topics, buyer intent,
locations, and exclusions you care about in a monitoring
prompt. Narrative Field evaluates the full post and sends
an alert only when the context matches, reducing false
positives from simple keyword alerts.
Do you request my Facebook credentials or use my account?
Never. We do not request or store your Facebook password,
session cookies, access tokens, browser profile, or remote
access. Monitoring never originates from your Facebook
account or a browser logged into it.
Who owns the monitoring accounts, and what happens if one is restricted?
All monitoring accounts are owned and operated by
Narrative Field. If an account is restricted or removed
from a monitored group, we replace it with another
company-operated account.
Can you confirm access to my groups before billing starts?
Public groups can usually be monitored immediately after
you submit their links. Private groups require
administrator approval, which typically takes one to two
days, so private access cannot be guaranteed in advance.
We notify you if we cannot gain access.
Can I swap groups in and out of my plan?
Yes. You can swap groups in or out of your plan's
monitoring slots as often as you like.
How many monitoring prompts can I run?
You can create unlimited monitoring prompts. Multiple
prompts can cover the same groups, so separate business
criteria can be evaluated independently.
Is there a free trial?
No. Narrative Field does not offer a free trial. New
Professional subscriptions are covered by a seven-day
money-back guarantee. Request a refund within seven days
of the initial charge for a full refund.
How quickly do identified posts appear?
Alerts are typically delivered within one to three
minutes after a post becomes available to monitoring.
Facebook feed behavior, permissions, network conditions,
and AI processing can affect timing.
Will I get a refund if you cannot join a private group I submitted?
Yes. If we cannot obtain access to a submitted private
group and therefore cannot provide the monitoring you
purchased, contact support and we will refund the amount
paid for that undelivered service. We do not keep payment
for monitoring we cannot provide.
How can my team receive alerts?
Identified posts appear in the dashboard, with unlimited
notifications through email, Slack, and HTTPS webhooks.
SMS is not currently available.
Does Narrative Field automatically like, comment, message, or post?
No. Narrative Field is strictly monitoring-only. We never
automatically like, comment, message, or publish posts.
Will I see every post in my groups?
We capture and evaluate every post Facebook shows our monitoring account in each group's feed. Facebook doesn't always show every post to every member, so we can't promise 100% coverage.
Is there a refund if it is not a fit?
