The useful post is often buried within minutes.
Facebook groups contain requests and recommendations that can matter to local businesses, agencies, recruiters, operators, and sales teams. They also contain promotions, repeated listings, casual conversation, jokes, and posts with the right words but the wrong intent.
Manual review does not scale, and keyword alerts cannot reliably explain what the author is actually trying to do. Narrative Field was built around a more useful question: does this complete post describe the situation the customer asked us to find?
Our approach
Customers submit the Facebook groups relevant to their work. After access is reviewed and approved, they create named monitoring prompts in plain language. Each available post is evaluated against the applicable prompts, and only qualifying results are placed in that customer’s workspace and notification channels.
What makes the product different
Narrative Field is designed around contextual intent, not keyword frequency. Silence is an expected result when nothing genuinely satisfies a monitoring instruction.
The same Facebook group can be relevant to several customers without mixing their data. Group collection can be shared operationally, while group assignments, monitoring prompts, identified results, notification destinations, and billing remain scoped to the correct workspace.
Product principles
- Context before keywords. Read the complete post and evaluate the author’s current intent.
- Noise stays out of the action feed. Customers can see that posts are being tracked without reviewing every rejected result.
- Customer isolation is mandatory. One workspace must never retrieve another workspace’s groups, prompts, posts, or notifications.
- Users control engagement. Narrative Field identifies posts; it does not impersonate customers or automatically post sales replies.
- Operational failures must be visible. Durable processing queues, health monitoring, bounded logs, retries, and incident alerts protect continuity.
- Claims should be verifiable. We do not promise complete Facebook coverage or invent performance statistics that our systems cannot support.

Independent product
Narrative Field is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook. Facebook names and marks belong to their respective owners.
